Photoshop Elements and the 7 Steps
Hey Shawn,
Kelby's answer was confusing... To your question on compatibility, he said you need the latest version of Camera Raw. Elements 4.01 for Mac gives us those free upgrades so we have access to the latest version of CR. And for those with the latest version of Lightroom, the develop module is a replica of Camera Raw. So, we've got what he said we need.
No sure if you have any more insight on this, having read the book and all, but I find it still a bit confusing.

The techniques used are different in Elements and Lightroom - so the book wouldn't be 1-1 compatible, unfortunately.
