Helpful Photography Web Sites
Shawn,
dpreview.com is a great site that I used before I bought my Nikon Coolpix 5400 several years ago. It gives discussion groups, in-depth information on the cameras, prices, and pages upon pages of tech. info. on each one.
Check it out.
Roberto.

Digital Camera Info
Shawn,
This site is great to compare feature to feature, as well as reviews and ratings. I found this site as a great resource.

CameraLabs.com
Just came across this site, surprisingly via You Tube: CameraLabs.com.
Check out their video review of the Olympus E-volt 510 as well as a very interesting test of lens AND camera body lens stabilization.
Definitely a site to bookmark, IMO.

p.s. Oh ok, so the accent doesn't hurt in grabbing my attention. ;-)

Nikon Users
Nikon Cafe has been a great resource for myself. They have lots of great photographer's which are willing to share information anytime you need it. It is really a great bunch of people. It was started and run by the 2 men living in Huntsville, Alabama and it runs on donations without any type of commercial advertising. A very friendly place to visit and join if you so choose.
