Will you buy a new iMac before Christmas?

I used to be an early adopter, but, I find as I age I can hold back the temptation much better. I just bought a new to me (Apple refurb) Core Duo 20" iMac that I love. I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY!!! want an iPhone but am waiting for my contract to expire and, maybe, for 2nd gen.

Just like with my Harleys, if you have to ask why I use Macs, you probably wouldn't understand.

I'd love to get one of the new iMacs! They're so beautiful! Unfortunately, I am poor and I already have an original 20" iMac G5 that has some miles left in her.

As most of you know I'm a dyed in the wool (as well as skin) MacMac. But can some ad "genius" PLEASE come up with a TV commercial that might actually show what a Mac can do?!? Us diehards already know how great the Mac is. Granted it is indeed a beautiful design and worthy of being showcased, but those unfamiliar with the wonder which is the Macintosh might not run out and buy one based on a chorus line of spinning iMacs. Apple's ad campaign for the iPhone actually showed what made the iPhone different from all the others. Would it be so hard to do the same for the Mac?!?!
