New to the forum

Hi! Peggywrites here, Mac user since the "Fat Mac."

Anyway, now I need to work on both the Mac (which I love) and PC (which I don't love at all). I'm posting a question to the Tech Support forum, in the hope of getting some great advice from all you Mac experts.
