Macworld Expo MacBlast Party get-together??

Macworld Expo 2008

So, I have been going to Macworld for years and have never really went to any parties. It seems I go to conferences, then expo, then eat dinner, tinker around and go to bed for the next day. I have done various Macworlds since the early 90s. This year I think I need to do some parties. Not really knowing people at these parties though keeps some of us newbies away. Newbies in terms of parties that is as I have done Macworld for ages and know that very well .

Any YMLers going to the MacBlast Party that don't really have other peops that they normally hang around with interested in meeting up at this Macworld Party and get to know other YMLers? Not talking about the YML party but the Mac Blast Party. Note to self... I think I need to do the YML party also!!!

Before I spring for the $40 ticket, I figured I would see if others are going and maybe we can meet up. Just hate to spend $40 and sit alone drinking in a corner and doing Whip-It with Devo; alone. 8-( hehehe

Maybe we should get more YMLers to get to know each other better other than just on Wednesday nights. I have listened to Shawn King since the old days of older non YML shows even and chat in the group but never really got into meeting more folks.

It is time to do so...
